Session Polices

 Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving within the grace period will be subject to a $15 late fee. Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the scheduled session time. 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule, subject to availability. Intuitive Ascensions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when the delay prevents the service from being completed as scheduled.

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please communicate the change as soon as possible. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Timely communication allows Intuitive Ascensions to determine whether reasonable accommodations can be made.

 Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Any applicable balance must be satisfied before booking another session. 

 Existing clients may submit payment before their scheduled service or immediately following the session, where applicable. Any remaining balance due after a completed session must be paid immediately following the appointment unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. 

 Same-day or emergency reading requests are subject to availability and an additional $35 same-day service fee. The same-day emergency fee applies to both live readings and email readings.
